Sidney Mehrdady

Sidney has been active in the real estate business since the mid-eighties. Development was part of his services in Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Riverside Counties.
Over the past twenty years, Sidney has provided assistance and presentation to numerous commercial and residential real estate clients. Sidney graduated from Architectural School and Graduate School from Cal State Long Beach, emphasizing in urban planning and improvements.

With strong structural knowledge of buildings and expertise in marketing, planning, consulting owners, buyers, tenants, and property entitlement process, Sidney can participate in many projects, purchases, leasehold improvements, and developments.

Sidney has represented numerous clients in the sale of their properties to procure the right buyer for the properties, including industrial, commercial, office, income properties, and land.
Sidney’s uncanny ability in market analysis and property evaluation has allowed Sidney to assist private clients and corporations such as – Landmark Theaters, Pacific Land Development, Rose Plaza Center LLC, SBI Group, to name a few.
