About Me

Matthew has been surrounded by real estate his entire life. Graduating from Cal State Monterey Bay in 2011 with a degree in Humanities and a minor in Pre-Law, Matthew soon realized that sometimes the most natural road is the one that’s already paved. In September of 2011 Matthew took on a position at Sound Equity Inc., California’s leading foreclosure auction hard money lender. Matthew acquired the skills and training to execute their needs of bidding and scouting properties for sale at trustee sale auctions. Matthew has worked with hundreds of investors and financial analysts to assist in finding and closing the best deals in the prime of the foreclosure market. In 2013, Matthew started his own valet parking and transportation business in south Orange County. And became involved in a vacation home property management venture. In October 2013, after obtaining his Real Estate license, Matthew sold his Valet business and came to Jones Real Estate. Matthew is currently in the process of becoming a CCIM designee as well as becoming a certified property manager. Matthew looks forward to building a solid relationship with the community and drives to become a knowledgeable and trusted broker in the area for years to come.
